After installing the app, launch the application and select Set Up New Printer. Follow the prompts to connect the printer to the home Wi-Fi. The application will prompt you to enter your Wi-Fi password once it has identified your network. The connection is established once the Wi-Fi indicator is no longer blinking and is a steady light.”
From the Canon Support website, retrieve the drivers and files needed and install the appropriate ones for your computer. Download the Software for your Canon TR4700 series printer and after it has been fully downloaded, run the setup installer. Select Wireless setup. The system will start to look for the printer.
After the detection, you will be prompted to choose your wireless network from a list, where you will be required to type the password. It will finalize the installation with the last step to connect the printer to the Wi-Fi. Once it has been done, you can complete the installation by running the test page.
